What You’ll Do

  • Conduct legal research to support the Regional Court President and Chief Magistrate.
  • Compile and manage statistics related to case flow and judicial processes.
  • Assist the Regional Registrar and members of the public with inquiries and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support as requested by your manager and supervisor.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information dissemination within the office.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification at NQF level four (4) recognized by SAQA.
  • A three-year National Diploma or Degree in Law at NQF level 6 with 360 credits is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of legislative frameworks governing public service and legal procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to capture data accurately.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
