What You’ll Do

  • Provide effective administrative support to the court and its operations.
  • Maintain a complete and reliable asset register for departmental assets.
  • Allocate assets based on purchasing requests.
  • Conduct physical verifications of assets to ensure compliance with asset management policies.
  • Identify and report on stolen, lost, or damaged assets.
  • Monitor the register of leased assets and manage expiring contracts.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level four (4) as recognized by SAQA.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Finance Management Act (PFMA), PPPFA, BBBEE Act, and Treasury Regulations.
  • Familiarity with financial systems, such as LOGIS.
  • Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Computer literacy and the capacity to work independently under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work overtime when required.
