What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing and updating the maintenance management system for public infrastructure.
- Develop and provide training manuals for district personnel on the maintenance system.
- Facilitate the rollout and implementation of the maintenance management system.
- Establish and support the functioning of a call center for maintenance queries.
- Collaborate in preparing specifications, proposals, and bills of quantities for maintenance projects.
- Inspect maintenance work at project sites and verify invoices for payments.
- Investigate unresolved maintenance issues and provide technical input on logged calls.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant 3-year degree/diploma or equivalent qualification in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or N3 with a passed trade test.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of infrastructure maintenance.
- A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel between project sites.
