What You’ll Do

  • Assist your mentor with basic tasks related to electrical engineering.
  • Maintain a logbook of your learning experiences and tasks completed.
  • Attend the funded Personal Mastery Course designed for Work Integrated Learning participants.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Engage in problem-solving activities to enhance your skills in the workplace.

What You’ll Need

  • South African citizenship is required.
  • Completed Grade 12 and possess an N6 Certificate/academic record.
  • Previous experience in a learnership for 18 months is not permitted.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Good organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and numeracy skills.
  • Well-presented, with good telephone etiquette and written communication skills.
