Key Responsibilities
– Office Assistant: Support daily office operations with a Grade 12 certificate.
– HR Administrator: Assist in HR functions with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
– Finance Administrator: Manage financial tasks with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
– Legal Office Administrator: Provide legal administrative support with a Diploma or Degree in Law.
– Maintenance Assistant: Help with maintenance tasks with a Grade 12 qualification.
– Risk and Compliance Administrator: Oversee risk management with a Diploma or Degree in IT or Risk Management.
– Grant Administrator: Handle grant processes with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
– Procurement Administrator: Manage procurement activities with a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management.
– Fleet Administrator: Coordinate fleet management with a Higher Certificate or Diploma.
– Training Administrator: Facilitate training programs with a Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Instructional Design.

Requirements/Qualifications
– Must be a Black South African as per the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act.
– Aged between 18 and 29 years.
– Currently unemployed.
– No prior participation in a YES Programme with another organization.
– Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
