What You’ll Do
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Director.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure clear communication.
- Draft reports and submissions, consolidating information for effective management reporting.
- Maintain filing and records management systems for easy access and compliance.
- Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor budget-related documentation and assist with procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
- A Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification in Office Administration.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience providing administrative support to senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and professional telephone etiquette.
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills, along with strong planning and analytical abilities.
