What You’ll Do

  • Ensure budget alignment with departmental strategic plans and hospital business plans.
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows, providing financial projections to hospital management.
  • Manage and safeguard the liabilities and assets of hospitals and clinics.
  • Maximize revenue collection due to hospitals and clinics.
  • Implement and oversee efficient supply chain management across facilities.
  • Ensure the proper use of allocated budgets and adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Manage resources effectively within the financial component of the department.

What You’ll Need

  • Senior certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in B.Com Accounting, National Diploma in Cost Management Accounting, or Bachelor of Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in finance management.
  • Valid unendorsed driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and relevant legislation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong report writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and make sound decisions independently.
