What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement policies that align with the departmental strategy.
• Manage the technical aspects of the departmental website to ensure optimal performance.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding website content to keep information current and relevant.
• Maintain, manage, and support the departmental website, ensuring user-friendly navigation.
• Collaborate with the EMIS and Information Officer to publish educational data effectively.
• Represent the department at various forums on departmental, provincial, and national levels.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client liaison capabilities and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during extended hours.
• Familiarity with HTML, ASP.NET, PHP languages, and SQL databases.
• Experience in the educational sector and project management is highly advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
