What You’ll Do

  • Manage and supervise the general staff office responsible for personnel matters.
  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures related to personnel, salaries, and leave.
  • Act as the reviser of PERSAL, auditing and revising leave and pension documentation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in structuring MMS packages for employees.
  • Provide advice, support, and training to staff regarding HR and pension matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation processes.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a 3-year diploma or degree in a related field.
  • Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management and personnel administration.
  • Proficiency in PERSAL and a solid understanding of HR practices.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) is essential.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities.
