What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage the organisational structure to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
  • Implement the Job Evaluation system to enhance job design and analysis.
  • Facilitate organisational functionality assessments to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee departmental human resource administration and delegations.
  • Manage and implement change management initiatives effectively.
  • Assist in developing the Human Resource Plan (HRP) and Employment Equity Plan.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • A relevant 3-year National Diploma (NQF level 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Operations Management, Management Services, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a similar qualification.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including three years at the Assistant Director level.
  • A valid driver’s license and Job Evaluation Certificate.
  • Knowledge of organisational development techniques and public service regulations.
  • Advanced communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise.
