  • Ensure the effectiveness and independence of internal audit and assurance services.
  • Oversee compliance and performance audits within the Fund.
  • Strategically manage human resources, assets, and budgetary allocations.

What You’ll Need

  • A qualification at NQF level 8 in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field, as recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience at a Senior Management Level in relevant public sector institutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance Act, Public Finance Management Act, and social security systems.
  • Strong skills in financial management, strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and program/project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and service delivery innovation.
