What You’ll Do

• Type court orders, documents, and reports accurately and efficiently
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing files
• Amend judgments as per judges’ instructions
• Compile and maintain various court rolls and registers
• Draft and submit relevant orders and judgments to stakeholders
• Ensure all typed documents are formatted correctly for reporting purposes

What You’ll Need

• Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Planning and organizational skills
