What You’ll Do
- Type court orders, documents, and reports accurately and efficiently
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing files
- Amend judgments as per judges’ instructions
- Compile and maintain various court rolls and registers
- Draft and submit relevant orders and judgments to stakeholders
- Ensure all typed documents are formatted correctly for reporting purposes
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Planning and organizational skills
