Key Responsibilities
Participants will assist with departmental projects, perform operational and administrative tasks, support documentation and reporting, and engage in training and mentorship programmes. Responsibilities also include market research, data collection, report preparation, process improvement activities, and adherence to Transnet’s policies and safety standards.
Requirements/Qualifications
Eligible applicants must be South African citizens aged 18 to 35, with a Matric or equivalent qualification. Completion of N4 to N6 theoretical subjects in relevant fields is required. Preference is given to individuals with disabilities, and applicants must not have existing bursary obligations with other companies.
