What You’ll Do
- Compile and process payment vouchers accurately and efficiently
- Manage the monthly DeL claims process to ensure timely payments
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reconciliations
- Monitor and report on financial performance against set targets
- Review financial statements and contribute to the Annual Report
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial management practices
What You’ll Need
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 0 to 6 months of experience in a relevant financial role
- Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and financial management principles
- Familiarity with relevant financial systems (Ax-One, BAS, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer literacy and financial software
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizing skills
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
