What You’ll Do

  • Assist artisans with repair and maintenance tasks to ensure functional facilities.
  • Take care of hand tools, machines, and electrical tools, ensuring they are well maintained.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance work as directed by skilled artisans.
  • Carry, load, and unload tools, materials, and assets to support maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop and plant rooms to promote safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of NQF level 03 (Grade 10 certificate or equivalent qualification).
  • Six months of trade-related experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Knowledge of maintenance tasks within the built environment.
  • Capacity to perform routine tasks with diligence and attention to detail.
