What You’ll Do

• Operate tractors with various implements for land cultivation, planting, and harvesting.
• Maintain and monitor the safety and functionality of tractors and specialized machinery.
• Assist in road maintenance and firebreak construction to support farm operations.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance and keep accurate records of farm vehicle usage.
• Report mechanical issues promptly to prevent equipment damage.
• Support the dispensing and receiving of fuel and oils for farm operations.

What You’ll Need

• NQF Level 3 (Grade 10 certificate) as a minimum qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in agricultural operations.
• Knowledge of crop cultivation, pasture establishment, and mixing/application rates for herbicides.
• Skills in operating tractors and specialized machinery such as TLB and bulldozers.
• A valid driver’s license (Code C1) to operate farm vehicles.
