What You’ll Do
- Assist the Director with development planning intelligence management and research services.
- Provide support for land use planning and data governance policy coordination.
- Contribute to project management initiatives within the department.
- Facilitate development management services and spatial planning as required.
- Support strategic, operational, and administrative tasks for the directorate.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate B-Degree in Urban/Town and Regional Planning or a relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in town and regional planning.
- Compulsory registration with SACPLAN as a Professional Town and Regional Planner upon appointment.
- A valid Code B (or higher) driving license.
- Knowledge of development planning intelligence management methods and approaches.
