What You’ll Do
- Deliver a prompt and efficient telephone service to patients, staff, and the public.

- Assist in the efficient HR and financial management of the hospital component.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) or Grade 9 (Std 7).
- Relevant experience in operating switchboard software programs.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, and willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Capable of clear communication—both speaking and listening skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
