What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate system change and upgrade requests with the ICT team.
  • Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and security profiles within internal systems.
  • Ensure user access controls and permissions are compliant with company policies.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and audits for security management.
  • Maintain systems by identifying bugs and implementing necessary enhancements.
  • Lead project management for new operational systems as specified by management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive system improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users on system functionalities.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for users.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology or related field (NQF Level 6).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support technical activities.
  • Knowledge of system design, UML, and OOA/D methodology.
  • Familiarity with the system development life cycle.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and virtual server deployment on VMWare or Cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong computer literacy and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills and project management experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.
