Building Manager

A client is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of a student accommodation property. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the site as well as managing tenant relations, addressing queries, and resolving conflicts. On-site accommodation is available for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day building operations within the student accommodation facility.
Ensure smooth site functioning and maintenance.
Handle tenant relations, respond to queries, and resolve conflicts promptly.

Requirements

Minimum 35 years of experience in property or building management.
Experience in managing student accommodation or high-density residential environments.
