Laboratory Furnace Operator

A company is seeking a Laboratory Furnace Operator to manage and oversee furnace operations. The position involves operating in a controlled environment to ensure optimal performance of laboratory furnaces.

Key Responsibilities

Perform start-up and cool-down procedures on laboratory furnaces.
Constantly monitor furnace parameters to maintain appropriate conditions.
Control furnace power following defined curves.
Supervise the loading of raw materials into the furnace.
Operate pumps, valves, furnace hydraulics, and related equipment.
Oversee the unloading of the product once it has sufficiently cooled.
Report any defective equipment to the relevant personnel.
Adhere strictly to Safety, Environmental, and Health regulations.
Coordinate housekeeping duties related to furnace operations.
Manage all aspects of furnace operations effectively.
