What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the implementation of supply chain management practices across logistics, including ordering, payments, and transit.
• Manage asset disposals and ensure loss control measures are in place.
• Maintain and update the order register, ensuring transactions are processed according to financial and SCM delegations.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and follow up on unauthorized orders.
• Prepare and place orders with suppliers, ensuring all necessary documents are certified and attached.
• Perform administrative duties and conduct personnel development and performance assessments.

What You’ll Need

• A Senior Certificate and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Public Management, or Financial Management, or an equivalent qualification at NQF 6.
• LOGIS / BAS certificates and knowledge of the relevant Supply Chain Management legislation and directives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, numeracy, and presentation skills.
• Proven supervisory skills and the ability to allocate work while ensuring quality outcomes.
