What You’ll Do
- Receive and process applications or requests from the helpdesk efficiently.
- Request and evaluate quotations using the departmental database.
- Provide timely updates on the status of requests for quotations and purchase applications.
- Submit statistics relating to your work to the Supervisor regularly.
- Attend to queries and assist with bids when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate and an appropriate qualification (Degree/National Diploma) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or Management at NQF level 6.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management environment.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an emphasis on client orientation and customer focus.
- Demonstrated honesty and integrity, alongside a commitment to service delivery innovation.
- Knowledge of financial management, problem-solving techniques, and public service regulatory frameworks.
