What You’ll Do

• Compile and review tender documents to ensure compliance with established guidelines
• Place advertisements for tenders and maintain a comprehensive tender register
• Prepare monthly reports on bids advertised and provide secretariat duties for committee meetings
• Attend briefing sessions when required and record detailed minutes
• Manage administrative functions, including filing and verifying documents for each project
• Maintain accurate records of requests and submissions to acquisitions
• Ensure adherence to the National Treasury and Provincial Treasury prescripts and circulars

What You’ll Need

• A National Senior Certificate and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Public Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or Cost & Management Accounting
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a related field
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of public finance management and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing
