What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the receipt of goods and services, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Check and record goods and invoices received from suppliers.
  • Reconcile received goods with requisition forms and endorse them with your signature.
  • Store and manage goods safely and correctly in designated areas.
  • Update bin cards and records for inventory management.
  • Liaise with end users for the collection and distribution of goods.
  • Assist in the capturing and submission of payment voucher documents.
  • Conduct stocktaking and control inventory levels regularly.

What You’ll Need

  • ABET Level 4 or Grade 10; a National Senior Certificate is an added advantage.
  • No prior experience is required, though exposure to a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of work procedures and good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication abilities and a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to work after hours if necessary.
