What You’ll Do
- Administer requests and manage bookings for chauffeur and VIP services.
- Verify booking forms in accordance with transport policies.
- Monitor vehicle allocations and resolve any client queries promptly.
- Facilitate contract administration for short-term rentals and oversee contract compliance.
- Schedule drivers and monitor chauffeur service operations.
- Compile and submit financial and vehicle tracking reports.
- Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff, manage performance, and facilitate staff development.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate Degree or Diploma in Transportation Management, Fleet Management, Logistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management and knowledge of office administration.
- A valid driving license is an added advantage.
