What You’ll Do
- Utilize the LOGIS module for generating commitments and authorizing requisitions.
- Provide logistical support services, including placing and receiving orders for goods.
- Capture and maintain accurate records of goods in registers and databases.
- Reconcile requisitions with orders, ensuring compliance with the budget and procurement policies.
- Confirm the delivery of services and goods, recording all transactions meticulously.
- Update and maintain a register of suppliers, ensuring accurate supplier information.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience is required for this role.
- A solid understanding of Public Service Regulations and the Public Finance Management Act.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable and detail-oriented approach to work.
