What You’ll Do

• Utilize the LOGIS module for generating commitments and authorizing requisitions.
• Provide logistical support services, including placing and receiving orders for goods.
• Capture and maintain accurate records of goods in registers and databases.
• Reconcile requisitions with orders, ensuring compliance with the budget and procurement policies.
• Confirm the delivery of services and goods, recording all transactions meticulously.
• Update and maintain a register of suppliers, ensuring accurate supplier information.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience is required for this role.
• A solid understanding of Public Service Regulations and the Public Finance Management Act.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and detail-oriented approach to work.
