What You’ll Do
- Ensure an efficient procurement process for bids and quotations
- Receive and process applications from Demand Management
- Capture bids accurately and compile submissions for approval
- Prepare contracts for relevant signatures and maintain accurate records
- Advertise tender results on E-Tender and SAPS websites
- Organize and file all BID documents received
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and one other official language
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- At least four years of relevant experience in supply chain management
- A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in MS Office applications and general computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
