What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain grounds, including parks and public spaces.
• Assist in repairing tools and structures, such as fences and benches.
• Mix and apply fertilizers using appropriate sprayers or spreaders.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of sidewalks and parking lots.
• Maintain existing gardens and landscapes by caring for plants, trees, and sod.
• Rake and mulch leaves, as well as irrigate lawns and plants.
• Sweep walkways and clean buildings, including washing floors.

What You’ll Need

• ABET qualification is essential.
• Experience in performing manual work would be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of handling equipment and appliances.
• Understanding of chemical use and proper dilution/mixing procedures.
• Familiarity with daily maintenance procedures for machines and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Capable of working in or near rivers, dams, and canals.
