What You’ll Do

  • Plan the life cycle of professional services and stationery within the supply chain process
  • Obtain and determine specifications for special requests and items
  • Compile and consolidate reports for demand management
  • Administer quotations for amounts below and above R1,000,000 nationally

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language
  • General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and professionally under pressure
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated customer focus and responsiveness
