What You’ll Do
- Support administration through effective management of requisitions and reports.
- Record and account for new stock received from various suppliers.
- Manage stock transfers between inventory levels and store levels.
- Verify and capture boards of survey to maintain accurate records.
- File issue and receive vouchers to ensure proper documentation.
- Type letters and job descriptions, as well as PEP documents.
- Check the Z8 register and manage daily attendance lists for HRM.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
- Effective planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
