What You’ll Do

  • Monitor the replenishment process to ensure timely availability of stock.
  • Identify and classify stock items for efficient management.
  • Continuously monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Draft reports to prevent obsolescence of supplies.
  • Follow up on official orders for stock replenishment to ensure prompt delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4).
  • Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
  • General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours as needed.
