What You’ll Do

  • Handle exception reports related to fuel cards for various divisions and provincial commissioners
  • Administer fuel cards and e-tags within the SAPS for state vehicles
  • Address fuel certification inquiries from provinces and divisions and compare asset registers of state vehicles
  • Analyze transaction reports and statements regarding fuel transactions for different regions
  • Utilize systems like the Provisioning Administration System (PAS) and Police Financial Management System (Polfin) effectively

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA)
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
  • General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook)
  • Strong planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure and extended hours
