What You’ll Do

  • Manage and administrate the procurement needs for vehicles from various provinces and divisions.
  • Capture procurement details on the PAS/Polfin system accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of specialized vehicles and conversions based on quotations or bidding processes.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle procurement.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain records related to vehicle purchases.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
  • Competency in the core functions of the job.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer responsiveness.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours as needed.
