What You’ll Do
- Manage administrative duties related to loss management incidents.
- Register and maintain records of new incidents involving state property, including firearms and vehicles.
- Administer and update loss management files and relevant data within respective systems.
- Conduct inspections and investigations into loss management files to gather outstanding information.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and resolution of incidents.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, professionally, and under pressure.
