What You’ll Do
- Manage the requisition and acquisition of stock and service orders from provisioning stores.
- Receive, process, and administer invoices for equipment and services.
- Exercise control over consumable equipment and stock distribution.
- Maintain and update the supplier and procurement database.
- Carry out various administrative duties, ensuring efficient operations and support within the department.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and credibility.
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work under pressure.
