About the Opportunity
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is offering a range of learnerships across Claims, Claims Adjudication, Medical Management, and Technology & Digital sectors. These programmes are tailored for young individuals aged 18 to 23, providing practical workplace experience in major South African cities including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and East London.

Closing Date
Applications close between 17 and 25 August 2026, depending on the specific programme.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in diverse tasks such as claims administration, medical management processes, ICT troubleshooting, and more, depending on the chosen learnership.

Requirements/Qualifications
– Must be unemployed and aged 18-23
– Grade 12/Matric required
– Must not have participated in a similar learnership
– Willing to undergo verification and security vetting

Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a stipend, with some programmes offering up to R54,000 annually.
