Feed Mill Team Leader

A manufacturing company in South Africa is seeking a Feed Mill Team Leader to oversee feed production operations. The role is based locally and focuses on ensuring feed manufacturing meets quality standards while supervising a team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality control checks on feed ingredients and the final product to ensure accuracy and uniformity.
Manufacture feed according to established formulas and maintain quality standards.
Supervise and ensure that staff perform their duties according to set procedures and quality requirements.

Requirements

Matric or equivalent to NQF Level 4.
At least one year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Afrikaans-speaking.
