What You’ll Do

  • Compile MTEF, ENE, and AENE databases in line with Treasury guidelines.
  • Quality assure inputs and prepare necessary information for budgeting processes.
  • Capture all budgetary allocations on BAS, including managing budget rollovers, shifting of funds, and virements.
  • Compile and monitor in-year reporting processes, ensuring compliance with PFMA and Treasury regulations.
  • Provide monthly expenditure reporting against cash flow metrics.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Financial Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles, including BAS.
  • Familiarity with Public Service Financial Legislative Frameworks.
  • Strong ability to apply policies, strategies, and legislation effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
