What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• A qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse.
• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Experience requirements vary: Grade 1 requires none, Grade 2 requires at least 10 years, and Grade 3 requires a minimum of 20 years of nursing experience post-registration.
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and procedures as outlined in the Nursing Act and SANC regulations.
• Competencies in aseptic techniques, wound dressing, and basic pharmacology.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and a proactive attitude towards patient care.
