What You’ll Do

• Supervise and oversee the cleaning, sterilizing, packing, and distribution of sterile instruments.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum educational qualification of General Education and Training Certificate (GETC/Grade 9).
• Relevant experience as a CSSD operator.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in numeracy and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of steam sterilisation practices and decontamination processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
