What You’ll Do

• Provide social work services to vulnerable individuals, families, and communities.
• Support and mentor Social Auxiliary Workers and Volunteers.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in social work and welfare practices.
• Carry out necessary administrative functions related to social services.
• Implement programs aimed at care, support, protection, and development.

What You’ll Need

• Standard 10/Grade 12 and a Degree in Social Work.
• Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Profession as a Social Worker.
• A valid South African driver’s license.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Relevant social work experience post-registration will be advantageous.
• Skills to address issues of poverty, inequality, and discrimination.
• Ability to empower individuals and communities through effective social work practices.
