About the Opportunity
The RAF is dedicated to equipping young graduates with practical work experience through their internship programmes. With a focus on Facilities Management and Medical Management, these internships are designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience over 18 months.

Key Responsibilities
– Facilities Management Internship: Gain experience in inventory control, asset and fleet management, facilities support, HR management, and more.
– Medical Management Internship: Assist with injury assessment, medical invoice processing, clinical coding, and stakeholder management.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Must be between 18 and 25 years old and unemployed.
– Facilities Management: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Facilities Management or related field.
– Medical Management: Bachelor’s or Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences or medical-related field.
– Certified copies of ID, academic transcripts, and professional registration (if applicable).
– Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn.
Benefits
Interns will receive a remuneration of R96,000.00 for the duration of the internship.
