What You’ll Do

  • Monitor the allocation and reconciliation of payments to ensure accuracy.
  • Validate and verify invoices and receipts for proper financial management.
  • Administer budget allocation schedules and oversee client department funds.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports to track financial performance.
  • Supervise subordinates to ensure effective performance management and development.
  • Liaise with legal advisors and tracing agents regarding outstanding debts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Management Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
  • Knowledge of PFMA and treasury regulations.
  • Familiarity with transversal systems such as PMIS, WCS, BAS, and SAGE.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
