What You’ll Do

  • Provide reception support, including diary management for the Chief/Director.
  • Render secretariat services, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining budgetary provisions for the Chief/Directorate.
  • Facilitate logistical and resource coordination for various departmental needs.
  • Provide management information and maintain records for the Chief/Directorate.
  • Track and monitor project tasks, ensuring timely completion and reporting.

What You’ll Need

  • A three-year relevant qualification in Office, Information Management, Public, or Business Administration.
  • At least one year of functional experience in office administration or secretariat services.
  • Familiarity with departmental policies, planning, and organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of Batho Pele principles.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer use and telephone etiquette.
  • Analytical abilities and project management skills.
