What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive secretariat services to various Board committees.
  • Support the organization and facilitation of meetings for different committees.
  • Verify logistical arrangements for committee meetings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage resources effectively to support administrative functions.

What You’ll Need

  • A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration, Office Administration, Business Administration, Commercial Law, Public Management, or Administration Management: General.
  • At least two years of functional experience in Secretariat Services or an administrative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Department of Labour and Compensation Fund objectives, as well as public services policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Batho Pele Principles, secretariat procedures and processes, the King 4 Report, and Compensation Fund policies.
