What You’ll Do

  • Design and review the organizational structure of the UIF to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct the job evaluation process to ensure roles are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Implement relevant organizational structure legislations and directives to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and facilitate job profiles to clarify roles and responsibilities within the organization.
  • Supervise resources in the Sub-Directorate to ensure effective team performance.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Management Services, Operations Management, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Work Study, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an Organizational Development environment.
  • Knowledge of key legislation including the Public Service Act, Public Finance Management Act, and Labour Relations Act.
  • Proficiency in financial management, communication, and computer literacy.
  • Strong skills in time management, interpersonal communication, report writing, and analytical thinking.

Requirements

Two (2) years’ experience in Organizational Development (OD) environment.
