What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update the post establishment and ensure data integrity within the Department.
- Provide internal and external HRM client support to enhance service delivery.
- Capture all establishment transactions accurately on the PERSAL system.
- Manage the placement of personnel according to the Department’s Approved Structure.
- Create and amend posts on the establishment, linking them accordingly as per the Department’s guidelines.
- Prepare establishment reports, statistics, and correspondence to facilitate informed decision-making.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Between three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Human Resources Client Support and Establishment Administration.
- A certificate in Introduction to PERSAL, PERSAL Establishment, and PERSAL Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of the legislative framework governing Public Service Regulations and the Public Service Act.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and data capturing, including the ability to transfer data from PERSAL into Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal relations.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and work effectively in a team.

Requirements
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent with three (3) to five (5) years of experience required in Human Resources Client Support and Establishment Administration.Introduction to PERSAL, PERSAL Establishment and PERSAL Personnel Administration Certificate.
Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service Regulation, Public Service Act.
Understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework that governs Human Resource Administration and PERSAL.
Statistical analysis and Data Capturing (File transfer protocol, draw data from PERSAL into Excel) Skills: Verbal and written, Interpersonal relations, report writing, problem solving and analytical skills.
Planning and organising, Teamwork, Flexibility and Conflict resolution
