What You’ll Do
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Facilitate the processing and approval of service benefits for employees.
- Monitor termination of service procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement and supervise adherence to HR policies within the province.
- Manage resources effectively, including human, financial, and material assets.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Public Management at NQF Level 6, as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of two years’ functional experience in a human resource management environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA).
- Strong skills in negotiation, people management, problem-solving, communication, and report writing.
- A driver’s license will be an added advantage.
