What You’ll Do
- Execute the registration process for candidates and update all registrations as necessary
- Implement registration policies and verify the accuracy of registrations by district
- Manage the collating of application forms for examination and designated centres
- Allocate designated centres based on learner totals and communicate relevant information to districts
- Oversee the appointment of invigilators and ensure compliance with registration policies
- Address and resolve walk-in centre queries and complex examination-related enquiries
- Maintain the examination information system and issue results and confirmation letters
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of all received cases and supervise staff daily
- Assist in planning and executing training for districts to enhance their capabilities
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate degree or diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in an Assessment and Examination or Educational environment, or a National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with 6 years of relevant experience
- A valid driver’s licence (excluding code A/A1)
- Knowledge of examination and UMALUSI directives, client care, and relevant policies
- Proficiency in information management and examination databases
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent coordination and conflict resolution abilities, alongside numerical proficiency
